CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

The A M (Holdings) Limited Group of Companies adopts a responsible and professional approach in the management of its operational activities by endeavouring to minimise the impact of those activities upon the environment.
The Group recognises the importance of environmental management as a key business objective.
The following specific objectives form the basis of the Corporate Environmental Policy:

1. All of the Company’s operations will meet or surpass all relevant local, national and European regulations.
   
2. The Company will economically dispose of its waste materials, recycling wherever possible, in a responsible manner in accordance with the best practical environmental option.
   
3. The Company will render unusable any substandard trademarked materials through a destructive process in accordance with requirements of the BRC/IoP Global Standard – Food Packaging and Other Packaging Materials.
   
4. The Company will maintain effective communications with all its main suppliers and customers and assist in minimising the overall environmental impact of the industry sector within which it operates.
   
5. The Company will endeavour to be an environmentally responsible neighbour.
   
6. The Company will actively co-operate with and assist to the best of its ability the appointed officers of Regulatory Authorities in the exercise of their proper duties.
   
7. The Company will provide training and support to its employees to enable them to implement and contribute positively to its policy of continuous improvement in environmental matters.
